Even though CES 2022 is pretty much done, Lenovo has unveiled two new tablets with Windows 11, tailor made for students. They’re going to offer plenty of power to educators and students. We’re talking about the Lenovo 10w Tablet and Lenovo 13w Yoga
First up is the Lenovo 10w Tablet, a smart device that runs on Windows 11 and relies on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c processor. Lenovo provides an “Always On” and “Always Connected” experience and should help educators keep the students connected with the tools required in the classroom. This is built with younger audiences in mind and it comes with a more rugged body, with a rubber bumper and Gorilla Glass.
The product will retail for $329 with a keyboard and should launch in April 2022. Up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash storage are available here, plus a 10.1 inch screen with Full HD resolution. There’s also a 2 megapixel webcam and an 8 MP back camera.
Lenovo also debuted the Lenovo 13w Yoga, which has Windows 11 Pro and it’s based on an AMD Ryzen 5000 U-Series processor. It’s more of a convertible laptop than a regular tablet. The device supports up to an AMD Ryzen 7 CPU, 13.3 inch screen, up to 16 GB of RAM And 512 GB of SSD storage. RAM and SSD are user upgradable. This model comes in April 2022 with a $749 price tag. Keep in mind that both devices run on Windows 11 SE, an OS version optimized for the education environment.
