As expected, Huawei announced today a new set of devices, a smartwatch and a tablet, both part of the Honor series. The Honor Pad 2 is the device that interests us more, since it’s an 8 incher with a pretty elegant design.
The device is powered by an octa core Snapdragon chipset and relies on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI on top, One would have guessed it would be a Nougat affair, but it’s just not. There’s an 8 megapixel back camera in the mix here, with a single LED flash and the product has both WiFi and 4G versions, as well as voice calling support.
