Huawei debuted the 6.1 inch phablet Ascend Mate 2 at CES 2014 and it’s preparing for its debut in various stores. The device will have two versions, one with LTE and one with regular 3G connectivity.
It appears that the product will be priced at around $445, as shown in the Huawei online shop Vmall. The product integrates a 6.1 inch 720p screen, a quad core 1.6 GHz Hisilicon V9R1 CPU, 2 GB of RAM and Android 4.3 JB with Emotion UI 2.0 on top. We’ve also got a 13 megapixel back camera and a 5 megapixel front shooter. There’s a quad core 1.6 GHz Snapdragon 400 version for the international market with LTE in tow.
Huawei Ascend Mate 2 has 16 GB of storage built in, a microSD card slot also included and a 4050 mAh mega battery. Said battery will also be used to change up external devices. No idea when this product debuts globally…
