There have been lots of talks about Microsoft’s joint event with HP during CES 2010 and we now know that the two companies will reveal a product they worked on together. Odds are that this is a Slate tablet, that’ll be showcased by Steve Ballmer, but the real question is whether or not this device is one and the same with Microsoft Courier.

The video below might be some indication regarding the design of the HP Slate, although it’s too short to tell. We also learn that HP and Qualcomm will work together on a prototype Snapdragon netbook running the Android OS. Turns out that this product will be shown in action at CES 2010, at the Pepcom Digital Experience! or ShowStoppers.

Qualcomm’s CEO will hold a keynote on Friday, together with HP’s Todd Bradley, once again showcasing the Android netbook. Now, let’s see what the Microsoft Courier has to offer and if it involves HP in any way or not…
