According to product sheets obtained by WinFuture, the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra could pair that expansive display with 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage. A 1TB model is expected to have 16GB of RAM, and microSD expansion is also reportedly retained. That combination would keep the Ultra aimed at users who want a tablet for split-screen work, large-format media, and storage-heavy creative projects rather than a compact travel device.
