Fujitsu wants a new tablet in its portofolio, after the 10.1 inch Lifebook tablet PC with Win 7 on board. Thus, they’ll be launching a 7 inch Android model, that will debut in Q3, according to their Taiwanese branch.
This new product will be intended specifically for the consumer market, unlike the LifeBook model meant for the enterprise segment. Fujitsu’s new 7 inch toy runs Android 3.1 and will be priced somewhere between $347 and $694, according to specialists. For this price to be met, Fujisu will outsource production to Taiwanese ODMs.
As far as the LifeBook TH40/D model is concerned, this one will get stylus support and a 3.5G module in the future.
