The Evolio Evotab Fun is a tablet from Romania, a brand new model actually, that goes for 144 euros. This 7 inch slate comes inside a green box, with a ton of interesting accessories, most of them car-oriented. This device relies on a Boxchip A10 1 GHz processor and has a Mali 400 GPU inside.
Other features include 1 GB of DDR3 and Android 4.0 as the OS, plus a 7 inch display with a 800 x 480 pixel resolution. At the front we have a 2 megapixel camera and this device comes with an interesting function: an FM transmitter. This one brings the audio content from the tablet to the car stereo system by setting a certain frequency. Evolio Evotab Fun has GPS, HDMI, WiFi and a mini USB port. It weighs 330 grams and measures 9.5 mm in thickness.
Inside the box of the tablet we have the charger, USB cable, special car charger and special cradle to attach onto the car dashboard/windscreen. This product offers 5-6 hours of battery life on a 3000 mAh unit and it comes with a navigation solution that we’ll test over the following days.
