The brand new Dell Venue 11 Pro tablet is now up for sale, with a shipping date of December and priced starting at $499.99. The basic version with Atom CPU and the lowest price ships on December 6th, while the Core i3 unit with 128 GB of storage ships on December 13th, priced at $799.99.
There’s also a third version, priced at $849.99 and coming with an Intel Core i5 processor and 128 GB of storage. This is supposed to be the “thinnest compact 2 in 1” device by Dell, that packs a 10.8 inch IPS screen with a Full HD resolution, 2, 4 or 8 GB of RAM depending on the version you choose and Gen 7 or GT2 graphics.
It also comes with Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, USB 3.0, HDMI and microSD. Dell offers two different keyboard modules to turn the slate into an ultrabook. One of them is a standard moving keys keyboard, with a battery life boost of up to 17/18 hours apparently and a strong hinge. There’s also the option of a near flat keyboard, measuring just 0.2 mm in thickness.
