The last device that ASUS showcased today at MWC 2013 was the MeMo Pad FHD 10 tablet, packing a dual core Intel processor, just like the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 from Samsung. This new tablet from ASUS measures 9.5 mm in thickness and relies on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The CPU is of the Clover Trail+ kind, the type that debuted at MWC 2013 on the Lenovo K900 phablet. Back to the tablet, it offers a 10.1 inch screen with 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and the device is capable of 1080p video playback easily. ASUS promised 10 hours of functioning time out of the 25 Wh battery and on the connectivity side we’ve got Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n and GPS.

Dual speakers are also here and the device weighs 580 grams. It will come in 16 GB and 32 GB configurations, in your choice of dark blue and white. The specs also include 2 GB of RAM, a rear 5 MP camera and a front 1.2 MP shooter. The design of the new model feels a bit like a bigger Nexus 7.
