The ASUS MeMo Pad FHD LTE 10.1 inch slate has reached AT&T, in what looks like the first such cooperation between ASUS and the US carrier. The two make such a good pair, that I expect more such offers in the future.
By the way, the WiFi version of the device, the one packing a dual core Intel CPU was already reviewed by us in detail and found satisfying. The ASUS MeMo Pad FHD LTE 10.1 comes with a 10.1 inch Full HD screen, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean as the OS and a quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU inside. The machine shown here goes for $399.9 off contract, but there’s also the option of a 2 year contract with data and a price tag of $299.99 associated.
16 GB of internal storage are available, a 5 MP camera at the back and a massive 6760 mAh battery inside. There’s a 1.2 MP front shooter and the device packs the usual ASUS technologies, such as SonicMaster, plus a sort of Scenes option to adapt to your work/play patterns. Expect the product to hit AT&T stores next week.
