The Archos Arnova FamilyPad is one of the biggest diagonal tablets out there, with a 13.3 inch display, rivaling a similar Toshiba product with a similar screen, if I’m not mistaking. This device will be available in Europe from December, with a price tag of 299 euros in France, Germany, Italy and Netherlands.

The device got an early review apparently, as shown in the video below. The FamilyPad may feature a huge display, but it doesn’t feature a huge resolution, being content only with a 1280 x 800 res. Inside it we find a 1 GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage and a microSDHC card slot. There’s also a HDMI output and a microUSB host port, too. The OS of choice here is Android Jelly Bean , apparently. Also among the specs we find a 2 megapixel camera upfront and the same sensor at the back, so two 2 megapixel cameras.

Built in stereo speakers, a microphone and G sensor are also present. Archos will bundle a tablet stand with the product, that will actually be handy, since the device weighs around 2.9 pounds. Archos also promises up to 10 hours of battery life from the FamilyPad, when playing videos, or 6 days of standby time. The review below is done by ArcTablet and the product should come to USA for $349.
