The highest end Android device from ASUS, the Transformer Pad TF701T is now gearing up to receive Android 4.3 as an update on the 18th this month. The TF701T was made available in October and reviewed by us over here a while ago.

This is a Tegra 4 slate with a 10.1 inch display with a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, 2 GB of RAM and originally with Android 4.2.2. Starting with November 18th, the device will run Android 4.3 and the update will bring improved battery life, improved trackpad responsiveness in the dock area and improved dock battery charging.

There device will also get the standard Android 4.3 features like better memory management, multi user profile restrictions, low power Bluetooth and some minor camera modifications. Fingers crossed for Android 4.4 KitKat to come on such a short notice as well… I suspect some other ASUS models will also jump to Android 4.3 on this occasion.
