Allview is a tablet and smartphone seller from Romania and they have quite a few interesting tablets in their portofolio, some of which we’ve tested over the years. Today they made an announcement related to the lineup of Windows 10 slates they’ll be offering at the end of the month.
With Win 10 announced on July 29th, the company will make available these products from July 30. First up is Allview Wi8G, an 8 inch slate with HD resolution and a quad core Intel Atom 1.84 GHz CPU, plus 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. It has 3G connectivity and two 2 MP cameras, plus a price tag of just $150. Then there’s the Allview Impera i8, priced at a bit over $200 and offering an IPS HD screen, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage.
This model also comes with dual speakers and 5 MP back camera, plus the same 8 inch diagonal. We go to a higher end segment with the Allview Wi10N Pro, priced at around $270 and packing a 10 inch screen, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, plus a 6000 mAh battery and a quad core Intel Atom Z3735G processor. It also has Bluetooth 4.0 and a keyboard dock.
Finally, for $300 there’s the Impera i10+ from Allview, with an IPS 9.7 inch screen with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution, quad core Intel CPU, 2 GB of RA and 32 GB of storage. There’s a metal case here and a 5 MP back camera. All of these slates will be available with Windows 10 in a mere week.
