Romanian brand Allview just announced a brand new tablet called Alldro 3 Speed. This is 9.7 inch slate model with Android 4.0 on board and an IPS Touch HD 9.7 inch display. The screen offers a 4:3 aspect ratio and it can be ordered straight from Allview’s store, going for about $300.
The device is available in black or white and it comes with 16GB of storage, 1GB of RAM and a Cortex A8 1.2 GHz processor. Other specs include WiFi connectivity and 3G via special dongle. AllDro 3 Speed is bundled with an antivirus solution preinstalled, Bitdefender Mobile Security, providing an extra layer of security to the user. The slate measures 9.9mm in thickness, weighs 635 grams and supports a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution. It also offers a microSD card slot, USB 2.0 port and a Mali 400 GPU.
The device’s main camera is a 5 megapixel unit and at the front we have a 2 megapixel camera. The new AllDro slate also provides HDMI output and includes a Li-polymer 7800 mAh battery, that provides about 8 hours of functioning time and 260 hours of standby functioning.
