Three sizes for reading and note-taking

- Note Air6 C: A 10.3-inch Kaleido 3 color E Ink tablet that delivers 300 PPI in black and white and 150 PPI in color. It includes 6GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, a 3,700mAh battery, Dual Notes for viewing two notes at once, and pogo pins for a magnetic keyboard case.
- Note Mini C: An 8.52-inch Kaleido 3 color E Ink tablet with 6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage expandable by up to 2TB, a 3,150mAh battery, and InkSight stylus support. It weighs about 300 grams.
Palma 3 focuses on portable reading
At 159 × 78 × 7.8 mm and roughly 195 grams, the Palma 3 is the most unusual member of the group. Its dimensions resemble a large smartphone, but BOOX positions it as a reading-first device rather than a handset replacement. Android 16 and third-party app access could make it useful for readers who want a compact E Ink screen for books and other supported Android reading services without carrying a separate tablet.
The Note Air6 C takes the more conventional productivity route. Its color screen, larger working area, dual-note feature, and optional keyboard connection point toward document review and digital note-taking. BOOX says its new processor is up to 40% faster than the one in the previous Note Air5 C.
The Note Mini C sits between those two approaches. Its smaller color display and lower weight should make it easier to hold than the Note Air6 C while retaining support for color documents and handwritten input.
BOOX lists the Note Air6 C at $579.99. The Note Mini C and Palma 3 have listed starting prices of $549.99 and $319.99, respectively, and are marked “Available Soon.” A specific U.S. release date is not provided. For readers who prioritize the smallest possible E Ink device, the Palma 3 appears to be the lineup’s clearest alternative to bringing a full-size tablet along.
