OPPO is preparing to launch a new tablet, a model that features 4G connectivity and a 144 Hz display. The name OPPO Pad Neo is being thrown around this one is different from the OPPO Pad Air second gen.

The new OPPO Pad has stopped by the Thai regulator NBTC ahead of its official debut. It’s supposed to be an affordable device and the leak points towards 4G connectivity. OPPO Pad Neo or OPD 2023 is supposed to be a challenger for the Galaxy Tab A9 and Motorola Moto Tab G84. The Pad Neo is likely to get an 11 inch screen and at least a 8000 mAh battery.

It should have quad speakers and probably a solid MediaTek processor. An unibody metal case is in doubt, seeing how plastic may be the actual choice here. We also expect a main 8 megapixel or 13 megapixel camera, a front 5 MP shooter at least and 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. 4G connectivity could end up as the selling point.
