We’ve heard about the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series and seen multiple renders and leaks of the Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+. Now it’s time for the Galaxy Tab A9 to get certified, benchmarked and also pictured.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 is a series of budget tablets, expected to drop in Q4 this year and just certified by the FCC. It has also been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, SafetyKorea and the Indian BIS. We also have a leak in GeekBench. One of the images comes from SafetyKorea and its certification. It shows the front of the tablet and only confirms the presence of a front facing camera.

This is the SM-X115N, which is supposed to be the Tab A9. Another model has leaked, the SM-X216B, which will end up as the Galaxy Tab A9+. The Galaxy Tab A9 packs a 5000 mAh battery with 15W charging, plus it will measure 210.7 mm in length and 124.7 mm in width. We’ve got a single back camera, a 3.5 mm audio jack, plus LTE, GPS and Bluetooth.

The device, or better said the Tab A9+ will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, together with 4 GB of RAM and Android 13. One UI 5.1 will be present on top.
