DOOGEE is a brand I must admit I’ve heard of and we’re dealing here with an affordable smartphone maker. They’re pretty similar to UMI, Umidigi, Bluboo, Elephone, Gionee and other second or third tier players from China. And now they’re getting into the tablet business, as the DOOGEE T10 tablet gets showcased.
Doogee T10 is 10.1 inch slate with an IPS LCD panel, that offers a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and 300 nits of brightness. We’re supposed to be dealing with a midrange device here, but in fact it’s more of an entry level affair. It’s got an aluminum body and it measures 7.5 mm in thickness, plus it weighs 430 grams. Inside it there’s an Unisoc T606 processor, a 12 nm CPU with 8 cores, plus 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 5 GB of virtual RAM.
The machine provides up to 128 GB of UFS expandable storage and also a microSD card slot. The power is supplied by an 8300 mAh battery and it juices up via USB-C and PowerDelivery at 18W. It’s also a dual SIM machine with 4G connectivity and dual band Wi-Fi ac, plus Widevine L1 certification, which allows you to watch content on Netflix. Stereo speakers handle the fun and a 13 MP main camera is at the back, while an 8 MP camera rests at the front.
The device is available in 3 colors: gray, silver and blue and it’ll be sold from November 1st on Aliexpress, priced at around 200 euros. There will also be accessories: stylus and keyboard.
