Yet another slate has emerged, this time with Windows 7 on board and made by bModo. Don’t think of this as an iPad rival, but rather as a brand new tablet that looks cool and has reasonable specs. Known as bModo 12, the device can run Office, Outlook, Acrobat, Photoshop, Flash and Skype.
Here’s the specs list:
Connectivity: dual USB ports, HDMI out, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth
Memory: SD card slot, 32GB SSD
Camera: VGA camera, video chatting supported
CPU: Intel Atom 1.6GHz
Display: 11.6 inches, HD resolution
The slate can use a docking station, that will be available starting January. Also, bModo 12 measures 0.55 inches in thickness and weighs under 2.2 pounds, in case you’re wondering. No info on the price just yet.
