The Samsung 12.2 inch tablet makes yet another appearance, this time in a more official way, thanks to FCC and Bluetooth SIG leaks. Samsung has been rumored to make such a table for almost a year now.

Up to this moment there have been about two major leaks of the product and this is the third. The device has been spotted with the codename SM-P905V and it has reached Bluetooth SIG with this code. The FCC filing confirms the name and seems to reveal the sketch of a tablet with a diagonal size of 14.1 inches and a display size of 12.1 inches.

The diagrams show a stylus slot, so this is a Galaxy Note unit. The specs here may include a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, Snapdragon 800 CPU and 3 GB of RAM, all of them discovered in AnTuTu next to the name of the SM-P905. 32 GB of storage will also be available. Expect an unveiling in 2014, maybe at CES.
