Dell’s global VP of personal computing, Sam Burd recently spoke to The Guardian and detailed some of the company’s plans for the future. He claims that tablets sales aren’t that hot and that the company is exploring ideas.
Those ideas include wearable devices, such as the rumored smartwatches that big names like Samsung, Apple and Google are said to be working on. Smartwatches have gradually overtaken other forms of wearable tech on the market in terms of sales and this has lead to many big names jumping on the bandwagon. Even non-tech brands are joining it.
