As you probably know already, here at Tablet News we’ve reviewed a bunch of Evolio, E-Boda and Allview tablets, all of them slates from Romania. Well, the latter two have already unveiled quad core slates that we’re testing right now, while the first brand has only launched such a device today.
Said device is the Evolio Quadra, pictured above and priced at $300. Each preorder of the slate will bring its buyers two gifts: a screen protector and display stylus. The product will be available after June 22nd 2013. In case you’re wondering, the Evolio Quadra features a quad core Cortex A9 1.2 GHz processor, a 1280 x 800 10.1 inch screen with 178 degree viewing and 16 GB of storage.
There’s also 1 GB of RAM, WiFi, a microSD card slot and the device measures 9.5 mm, while weighing 535 grams. This device runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, relies on a Super IPS HD display and packs a 5400 mAh. Evolio Quadra supports MKV and FLAC playback and I look forward to receiving a unit for testing purposes.
