The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet basically debuted Mobile World Congress 2013, being unveiled on the Sunday before the start of the event. This product was shown for the first time at the end of February and it’s only that it comes to the South Korean market, its maker’s homeland.

The consumers there can pick up the WiFi only version of the device from the Samsung Digital Plaza and other stores for about 550,000 won, that translates to about $490. The smaller Galaxy Note packs an 8 inch 1280 x 800 pixel display, Android 4.1.2 as the OS, a 1.6 GHz quad core CPU, 2 GB of RAM and WiFi, Bluetooth, plus a 4600 mAh battery.

It also has the famous S Pen stylus, plus famous features like Multi window, Awesome Note, Easy Clip and a Reading Mode for an improved reading experience with less eye strain. My only objection regarding this device is related to its design, that I don’t quite like. It’s a bit too rounded and feels slightly cheap.
