We’ve already turned the ASUS PadFone 2 inside out and analyzed it in detail months ago, so we’re surprised to find out that the product hasn’t even launched in some major countries out there. One of them is the UK, that only now gets the hybrid.

The device was announced back in October and it has yet to be launched in some parts of the world. British users are starting to get the option of buying it from the likes of Carphone Warehouse and Ebuyer. The latter gives you the option of preorder, with a price tag of 599 quid, or $900. For this amount you get a SIM free unit, that’s unlocked and offers you the handset and tablet.

The PadFone 2 offer you a 4.7 inch display, a 13 megapixel camera, 2 GB of RAM, a quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU and more than enough storage. The slate triples the battery life of the phone and also gives it a 10.1 inch IPS display to rely on. The ASUS PadFone Infinity is also just around the corner, being just unveild last week at MWC 2013.
