MSI is not among the usual players on the Android tablet market. Their latest product designed to compete in this area packs quite a punch when it comes to hardware features and is positioned against some products such as Acer’s Iconia B1 or Samsung’s Tab 2.

The MSI Enjoy 71 is designed for the Asian market and is going to be offered at a highly affordable price. The tablet does not offer the highest standards in terms of specs but it still manages to include more then decent specifications. The device has a 7-inch IPS display at a resolution of 1024 x 600. The latest benchmark scores show it top some other popular tablets, like the Galaxy Tab 2 from Samsung or the  Amazon Kindle Fire.

The hardware features that MSI have included in their tablet are a 1.5 GHz dual-core Amlogic 8726-MX chip based on the Cortex A9 architecture and with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB internal storage and the Mali 400 GPU. There is a rear camera offering 2 MP resolution and a front sensor of 0.2 MP. Connectivity wise you get WiFi, micro USB and mini HDMI. The battery should provide enough power with 3200 mAh. The tablet runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, measures 191 mm x 119 mm x 8.9 mm and weights 299 grams. It will be released in Asia for around 129 Euros.
