Here’s yet another episode of our quest for cheap Android 4.0 tablets, this time with a model called the Yzi. This one packs a capacitive multitouch display and uses a stylus, too. It’s a 10 incher with Android 4.0 ICS on board and it integrates WiFi and an accelerometer.
The slates with a fully translated French operating system, in case that’s relevant for you. Obviously, it supports English and any other language and if you want to know more, it integrates a webcam and 4GB of storage. There’s a microSD card slot on board, a full USB port and a micro USB port as well. The micro USB gets an adapter to turn into yet another USB port. Even HDMI 1.4 output made its way to this device, so you can output 1080p video to a HDTV if you so desire.
The selling point here is obviously the price, merely 159 and I certainly would like to know more about the CPU before recommending it. With the French OS and all I guess this is a French product and seeing that the source link below is in French, that pretty much covers it. You can also get 3G connectivity on this model using an USB connected dongle.
