Xiaomi launched in 2023 the Pad 6 tablet series and now as we’re preparing for 2024, they’re also ready to bring forth the Pad 7 series. Till that happens we have some leaks, for the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro specifically.
The leaks from reliable source, leakster Digital Chat Station. DCS claims that the Pad 7 Pro will feature a LCD display, which is the same as the one of the predecessor. It also keeps the 144 Hz refresh rate, for smooth viewing. There’s also a square camera module on the upper left corner of the back panel, much like the Xiaomi 14 phone series.
The Pad 7 Pro will also feature an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, clocked at 3.36 GHz. The Pad 6 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, by the way. Aside from that there’s not much to learn. The Pad 6 was announced with the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in April 2023. Reports claim that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra should come in Q1 2024, meaning that we could also see the Pad 7 coming then.
The Pad 6 Pro also feature a dual 50 MP + 2 MP back camera, an 8600 mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of storage.
