A bunch of pictures showing a mysterious metal chassis have leaked online and people in the know have already associated them with a Xiaomi product. Apparently, those are related to the Xiaomi Mi3S slate, that has leaked before.
The Xiaomi tablet is said to feature a 7 inch display with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, 1 GB of RAM and a MediaTek MT8125 CPU clocked at 1.5 GHz. This will be a quad core processor and we expect the price of the product to be very low. It may be priced as low as $170 according to some of the rumors on the web.
Take this info with a grain of salt, since chassis pictures are easy to fake, because we’re dealing with a mere sheet of metal after all. I can see that there’s a bunch of chassis like these, so the mass production must have started. Is Xiaomi waiting for MWC 2014 to unveil the product?
