It’s not Wikileaks making the news today, but rather Wickedleak Inc, that has introduced a brand new tablet. The device is a 7 inch slate dubbed Wammy Ethos Tab 3 and it comes with a price tag of Rs 10,990.
The price converts to about $172 and this tablet model runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has a 1024 x 600 pixel IPS capacitive touchscreen. This 7 incher relies on a quad core 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM and has a slot for a 2G and 3G SIM. There’s also a 5 megapixel back camera and a front 2 megapixel one for videocalls.
The Wammy Ethos Tab 3 has a 3500 mAh battery, 8 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. The design is pretty basic and there seems to be a metal ring around the slate for extra protection. A HDMI port would have been great here…
