Vivo just announced a new tablet, the lite version of the Vivo Pad 2, dubbed Vivo Pad Air. The device packs an 11.5 inch LCD display with 144 Hz refresh fresh and a still relevant Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor.
It has stylus support and the vivo stylus is sold separately. Vivo launched the Vivo Pad Air Android tablet, which is a lighter version of the Vivo Pad 2, which was unveiled in April. The Pad Air packs an 8500 mAh battery with 44W charging. The screen offers a 2800 x 1840 pixel resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The panel is a 3:2 aspect one and there’s also a 5 MP front camera integrated in the bezel. The tablet also hosts an 8 megapixel main camera in a circular housing. Aside from the Snapdragon 870 processor, we also get 8 or 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. Software-wise the tablet runs on OriginOS 3, based on Android 13.
It supports stylus input via the vivo Pencil 2, sold separately, ideal for drawing and taking notes. The slate is available in Brave Powder, Free Blue and Easy Silver. The base model has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage and it’s priced at $247. The top of the line model has 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, priced at $357.
