Vivo is preparing a new tablet for debut in China, the Vivo Pad 3 and its specs have just leaked online. The device won’t be alone, as there will also be an affordable slate launched in China.
Vivo is expected to put a flagship MediaTek processor on the Pad 3 slate. The successor to the Vivo Pad 2 should debut during the same event meant for the launch of the Vivo X100 Pro+. In the meantime Vivo is also working on the third generation of foldable smartphones in China. Vivo X Fold 3 and Vivo X Fold 3 Pro are expected to debut alongside the Vivo Pad 3 tablet.
Digital Chat Station, previously revealed the chipset details of the newcomer. Vivo Pad 3 is said to have a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor, which was already found on the iQOO Neo 9 smartphone recently. It’s a 4 nanometer chip and said to offer 15% better performance than its predecessor. The Pad 3 will have an IPS LCD display, dual rear cameras and another tablet is in the making, also from Vivo, but with a smaller 8.8 inch screen.
Other specs for the Pad 3 include 8 or 12 GB of RAM, a Mali G710 MC10 GPU, 128 or 256 GB, of even 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There’s a 13 megapixel main camera in the mix here, plus a 2 MP Macro lens. We also get a 10.000 mAh battery with 44W charging and an 8 MP selfie camera, plus 5W reverse wired charging.
