If you’re looking for a tablet to fit your toddler, then the Vinci Tab II is the model you’re looking for. The device may already be available through Amazon and SkyMall, but it has now reached the mainstream action of WalMart.com.
It’s also easy to find at e-tailers such as ToysRus.com, Diapers.com and YoYo.com as well, but only starting next month. Vinci II features a 7 inch 800 x 480 pixel display, a 3 megapixel camera and a 1.2 GHz Cortex A8 processor, as well as 8GB of storage. There’s also a microSD card slot, Android as the OS, in an unspecified version. Obviously, the product is certified for child safety, in case you’re worried about that.
As the design shows, the slate is completely child-proof. It also comes with 3 levels of premium educational apps, interactive storybooks and animated music videos for your little ones. The first model of the Vinci lacked WiFi, which was a bummer, but it was done to minimize radiation exposure for kids. However, this model has WiFi, with software updates in mind this time. The product will set you back $249 for the unit with WiFi, or $199 for the unit without WiFi.
