The lucky folks of UMPC Portal recently got some quality time with Viliv S10, a convertible tablet, that you can check out after the break. S10 ships with Windows Aero, that apparently causes some UI responsiveness issues. The hands on experience of the reviewers found that this is a product with good build quality, fast SSD memory and great 3G reception.
This is a pre-production model, but still a pretty decent one, as claimed by reviewers. The starting price point for the device is $699 and for that amount of cash you get a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z530 CPU, Intel GMA 500 graphics, a 10 inch display with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, 1GB RAM, 32GB Flash memory and a SDHC card slot.
WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0 are also supported and the product weighs about 1210 grams, while being 26mm thick. Here’s the unboxing and demo video for Viliv S10:
