ZTE is looking like it has been pushing its new releases for this year, in order to go ahead of the competition. The manufacturer also has announced its plans for the near future, including new smartphone/s with the NVidia Tegra 4 chip and maybe a new Intel Atom dual-core based device.
For the tablet market ZTE seems to have a great deal of plans as well. There have been rumors about the manufacturers upcoming releases, including about the ZTE V72A Android Jelly Bean tablet packing more than decent hardware specs. Coupled with a low price point and this device might appeal to a good deal of users.
The leaked hardware specs for the ZTE V72A seem very promising for the upcoming device running Android 4.1. The 7-inch tablet is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8225 chip in a dual-core configuration and with 1 GB of RAM. It should be more than enough for basic tasks and even games. The built-in 4 GB of storage might be a problem for some, fortunately easily overcome with the help of the MicroSD card slot. No word in regards to pricing and/or availability for the time being.
