Ulefone is a brand we know more for its affordable phones, rather than tablets, but today they’re getting into slates. Ulefone Tab A7 is the new device, which is a premiere for the company. Tablets have been a booming segment over the past year, thanks to the effects of the pandemic.
It has spurred an increase in laptop and tablet sales, like never before. We see people working and learning from home and buying millions upon millions of devices. Tablets are still popular, because they’re compact and comfy to use, lighter than laptops. Ulefone Tab A7 comes after a series of rugged smartphones from the company, as well as smart wearables and accessories. The newcomer packs a rather large 7680 mAh battery and a slim and modern case. It runs on Android 11, using a strong octa core processor, together with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
There’s also a 10 inch Full HD screen with 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and eye comfort features for children. We also have a split screen feature and support for 4G LTE with hybrid dual SIM slot or 2.4G/5G dual band WiFi. The Tab A7 also has a keyboard attachment, which makes it look like a smaller Chromebook of sorts. The device is priced at $199 and seems to adopt a metal body. It ships on July 10th globally, with Android 11 on board. We can find a 13 MP cam at the back and dual speakers on board.
