Here we are with a new unboxing of a tablet, this time the Teclast X98 Plus II model, that gets pulled out of the box below. It’s a 9.7 incher with a dual boot setup, that lets you switch between Android and Windows 10 seamlessly. The product is available on, priced at $174.24 and it gets detailed below.

Keep in mind we have a test unit here, so that explains the lack of a charger in the box. Inside the box we find the manuals, USB cable and USB OTG cable. This 9.7 incher has an Intel Cherry Trail Z8300 quad core processor, clocked at 1.44 GHz and accompanied by Intel HD Graphics Generation 8. The display is an IPS Panel with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution and specs include 4 GB of LPDDR3, 64 GB of storage and HDMI out.

We also have a microSD card slot, two 2 MP cameras and WiFi b/g/n. There’s an 8000 mAh battery powering up the slate and the switch between the OSes happens with a single tap of a virtual button. You’ll be using Windows 10 for productivity and Office and Android for the sake of gaming or video watching, for example. This model is 8 mm thick and has no GPS, in case you were wondering.
