TCL has just launched the NXTPAPER 11 tablet in USA and we’re dealing here with quite the delay, as the device has been available elsewhere for about a year now. It was unveiled at the start of the year and it’s now in the States.
The NXTPAPER 11 arrived in Europe back in May and now it’s available in USA with a price tag of $230. This is quite a great price for a tablet with a 2 GHz octa core processor, a MediaTek Helio P60T unit, accompanied by 6 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. There’s also a microSD card slot with support for up to 32 GB extra storage.
The slate stands out through its advanced blue light reduction system. It reduces harmful blue light by over 60%. It also comes with a matte finish and a textured screen, which make it feel like paper and look like paper, much like an e-reader. It’s promoted as an e-reader, but also much more. It offers great visibility outdoors and indoors, with 500 nits of peak brightness.
There’s also a nano material layer, that has an anti glare display, which eliminates fingermarks and also reduces eye strain. The 11 inch screen is an LCD with a 2000 x 1200 pixel resolution and Adaptive Brightness. Other specs include an 8000 mAh battery, two 8 MP cameras and Android 13.
