I have seen the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet praised in some reviews and scoring good benchmark results, but for some reason it has failed to reach Verizon’s offer till now. @evleaks has published a picture of the device in the Verizon version, with a big logo of the carrier at the back.

This is the world’s thinnest and lightest waterproof tablet, with a 10.1 inch Full HD display and Snapdragon 800 CPU. The device weighs 439 grams, measure 6.4 mm in thickness and runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Sony’s custom UI on top. We’ve got an 8 megapixel camera at the back with 16x digital zoom and a front facing 2.2 MP cam with 1080p capture. This model is both dust and water resistant, by the way.

Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet comes with PlayStation certification, video streaming, a TV launcher and MHL 3.0 support. I’m guessing that the LTE version of the device will come to Verizon. Finally, this model comes with 16 GB of flash storage and 3 GB of RAM.
