The Sony Xperia Tablet Z was announced just a couple of days ago and now it’s already being listed by a Finnish retailer, priced at 800 euro. The retailer is Verkkokauppa.com and this listing may hint at an imminent international release. The product is up for preorder right now and the price and availability as said to be unconfirmed, according to the retailer itself.

As usual, some sellers are rushing to post products that are not available yet, since they only want to have the product visible in search engines. I can’t guarantee we’ll see a launch anytime soon, but in about a month or so we’re bound to see this 10 inch Full HD slate in stores. The main appeal of the slate is the design, with a chassis that’s only 6.9 mm thin, even thinner than the Xperia Z phone, that measures 7.9 mm in thickness. Even the iPad Mini is thicker, at 7.2 mm.

Tablet Z supports a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and it features a quad core 1.5 GHz (Snapdragon S4 Pro), 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. At the back we’ve got an 8.1 megapixel camera with Sony Exmor sensor and other specs include LTE and NFC. Android 4.1 is the OS of choice here and there’s a 6000 mAh battery on board. In the meantime you can check out the hands on video with this tablet here.
