Sony made an interesting launch this week, of a so called “Nikkei Edition of the Sony Xperia Tablet”. In fact, it’s not a single slate, but rather all their latest models that receive special versions. I’m talking about the Xperia Z2 Tablet Nikkei Edition, Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact Nikkei Edition and the Xperia Z4 Tablet Nikkei Edition.
Basically you’ll be getting your fill of Nikkei software, news and stock quotes on those devices, exclusively for 24 months. Nikkei 225 is the Japanese stock market index, something paper trading enthusiasts will be psyched to hear about, calculated daily by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun newspaper since the 1950. That publication is available with the tablets, for a monthly fee of $32. This will be a limited sale, up to March 18th 2016 and it also includes discounts.
Each of the tablets mentioned above is set to get a $289 discount. Basically, this is the equivalent of the contract you pay to your cellular carrier, only this time you pay for financial and economical services. Business men and women will certainly be interested in this offer, that may bring you an Xperia tablet for as low as $200.
You can find the offer here.
