The Sony Xperia T2 Ultra is a real device out there, that many people forgot, since it came to life around the same time as the Xperia Z2 and the Xperia Z2 Tablet. This is a lower end model, a midrange basically, that has a big 6 inch screen and it has just leaked in a bunch of packaging shots.

This device is getting closer to its launch, judging by these leaked photos of its dual SIM version for the China Unicom carrier. The Xperia T2 Ultra integrates a 6 inch 720p IPS screen and has a 13 megapixel back camera. Inside we find 8 GB of storage, a 3000 mAh battery and a quad core Qualcomm MS8928 1.4 GHz processor.

There’s also an Adreno 305 GPU, 1 GB of RAM and a 1.1 MP front camera. Of the 8 GB of storage, you’ll only be able to use 4.8 GB, so a microSD card slot is probably included as well. I’m curious to learn the pricing of this model, but for now 200 euros sounds like a safe bet.
