Samsung is working on a bunch of new tablets, as proved by various leaks of codenames lately, but today we get some extra details. The new model Samsung SM-T330 has been spotted on Indian export website Zauba, a source that has leaked Nokia phones for example.

The device made by Samsung has already arrived in Bangalore, where it’s being tested and insiders are saying we could be dealing with an AMOLED display slate. This model is said to have an 8 inch display and this exact same model was also spotted at the Bluetooth SIG a while ago. Some say it could be a new Galaxy Tab device, although with so many launches at CES, I’m not sure it’s the time for such a release.

Previous 8 inch Galaxy Tab devices had model numbers close to this one, so that’s where the info comes from. Samsung is supposed to have started mass producing AMOLED panels for future tablets, including this product. One of the sizes of such a panel is 8 inches, but there’s also a 10 inch model coming. Maybe at MWC?
