If you’re just getting ready to receive the first post Christmas paycheck and reset your financial balance, you may be ready to do some shopping. This means you can go ahead and purchase one of the cool new Samsung tablets launched at CES 2014. They have just gone available for preorder in Europe and prices are detailed below.
Of course, Samsung has yet to announce the official prices, but certain European retailers have rushed into taking preorders for the Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO series devices. For example Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is priced at 999 euros for the top model in WiFi version or 1099 euros for the LTE one. The more expensive unit has a Snapdragon 800 CPU at its core, while the more affordable one has an Exynos 5 Octa CPU. Both pack 32 GB of storage.
The Galaxy TabPRO 12.2 goes for 900 euros in the Exynos 5 Octa version and you add an extra 100 euros for the Snapdragon 800 LTE model. There’s also a contract version for the LTE one at 560 euros. Then comes the Galaxy TabPRO 10.1 with a 800 price tag for the WiFi unit, 900 for the LTE one and 460 with contract.
Finally, the smaller Galaxy TabPRO 8.4 has 16 GB of storage, 700 euro price tag for WiFi and 800 for LTE and Snapdragon. If you ask me, these prices are kind of steep, especially since they’re much higher than the iPad Mini 2’s, which is an excellent tablet.
