After Samsung lost the legal battle with Apple in Australia another piece of bad news for the Korean company comes from the USA. The two fought in court on 20 cases in 10 countries and had a couple of incidents like that one that involved the withdrawal of the Galaxy Tab 7.7 from the IFA 2011 booth.
Now, the US Court has found that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 violated Apple iPad patents. However, in order to get satisfaction, Apple will have to prove that the patents that were infringed are valid with lie detector london services. Court Judge Lucy Koh denied the Apple injunction request focused on the “utility patent infringement and requires more clear info on the 3 design patents that are also involved, as well as their law in the US.
Apple filed this case back in April and at this rate it could drag on forever and ever. Right now the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is banned in Australia, but a ban in the US will totally kill the Samsung tablet fame and respect…
