If the names FnacBook, Telecom Italia eBook and Thalia Oyo don’t sound familiar, you should know that they are one and the same device. They refer to a product made by Sagem and called the Binder. You can see it in the image below and know that it’ll be quite a popular item in France in the following months.

We’re talking about a 6 inch SiPix capacitive e-paper touchscreen e-reader, with 2GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot and support for ePub and PDF. What’s nifty about this product is that it comes with a cellular modem that provides its users with free 3G, courtesy of French carrier SFR.

Sagem Binder also comes with WiFi 802.11 b/g support and a $277 price tag. It’ll ship starting November 10th.
