Russian carrier MegaFon debuted this week a new tablet priced below $100 and sporting Windows 10. The device is called Irbis TW81 and it brings an 8 inch display and more features, that are detailed below.

Priced at $79, this model packs an 8 inch screen with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, as well as a quad core Intel Atom Z3735G processor, clocked at 1.83 GHz. We’ve got 1 GB of RAM in the mix, a 4200 mAh battery and storage is at 16 GB. We compensate that with a microSD card slot with support for up to 32 GB. Irbis TW81 brings a single SIM card slot with support for 2G and 3G connectivity.

We’ve got a front 0.3 MP camera for video calls and a main 2 MP shooter with no flash. USB 2.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth are also here to take care of connectivity options. The product measures 9.6 mm in thickness and weighs 380 grams, plus it relies on a 4200 mAh battery.
