Xiaomi’s sub brand, Redmi is preparing to launch its first tablet, the Redmi Pad which should debut soon in China. Now Pricebaba revealed that it will release the product in global markets. The variants and pricing for the Redmi Pad global edition have been revealed.

According to the source, the Redmi Pad will come to Europe in two options: 3 GB RAM + 64 GB of storage or 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Both models are expected to be priced between 250 euros and 350 euros. They will be available in Grey only, no other colors. The report also claims that the Redmi Pad will be available in 4G and 5G versions. The image seen here is a leaked render of the Redmi Pad, which appeared earlier this month.

The image hints at a metallic body. We also have a Power button and volume buttons on the sides. Xiaomi’s device has the codename 22081281AC and it was certified by the 3C authority in China last month. Leaked specs for the device reveal the processor MediaTek MT8781, which may end up the MediaTek Helio G99, which was seen on the POCO M5 recently. There’s also a 7800 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging, according to leaks.

Redmi Pad should have an 11.2 inch LCD display with 2K resolution. It’s expected to come with Android 12 with MIUI Pad 13. The back panel should feature an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash.
