Ramos has updated the W30HD tablet with a new version that integrates a Pro in its name and brings a faster CPU. The Ramos W30HDPro packs a 10.1 inch 1920 x 1200 pixel display, a Rockchip RK3188 ARM Cortex A9 processor.

The CPU is a quad core one, that helps the device run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The product is up for preorder here, with a price tag of $300 and some other retailers in China list it for $298 on stock. Other features of the Ramos W30HDPRO include 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, WiFi and 2 megapixel cameras at the front and back of the device.

There’s a microSD card slot in here for extra storage and this model doesn’t have GPS or Bluetooth. The majority of specs are identical to those of the Ramos W30HD model, that’s priced at only $10 less. That unit has 32 GB of storage and a Samsung Exynos 4412 ARM Cortex A9 processor (quad core). Interestingly enough, the device’s RK3188 processor is faster than the Exynos 4412.
