Prestigio, a company with HQs in over a dozen countries and a lot of phablets and phones with good specs is launching a new tablet, dubbed Prestigio Multipad 4 Diamond. The device is pictured below and it’s now available on preorder as detailed below.
The slate packs an ultrathin aluminum body and it surprises us through the inclusion of FM radio. Inside we find a quad core ARM Cortex A7 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz and made by MediaTek, plus a 3 modem with HSPA+ connectivity. The device’s screen is a 7.85 inch one with a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution and an IPS panel, plus we also get a GPS, 2 megapixel back camera and 0.3 MP front shooter.
You can make phone calls from the tablet and it runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Prestigio Multipad 4 Diamond is available in 16 or 32 GB storage versions, with an extra 32 GB able to be added via microSD card slot. 5 GB of cloud storage are also offered via the preinstalled SugarSync application, allowing you to access data from anywhere any time.
The product’s pricing starts at 169 euros, which is actually pretty good.
