Polaroid has announced a few new tablets part of its affordable lineup of slates, that has new models starting at $129. The newcomers will be shown off at CES 2014 in Las Vegas next week. We’ve got models here ranging from 7 to 10 inches in diagonal.
The new arrivals will be called Polaroid Q7, Q8 and Q10, probably each named by their diagonal size. All of these models are Google Certified units, with Google Play Store access and Android 4.4 Kitkat as the OS. All of them have quad core CPUs, WiFi, Bluetooth and HDMI and you’ll notice the presence of front facing speakers and cameras on these products.
Prices will range between $129 and $179, which is pretty affordable, for such a well known brand. From what I see we’re dealing with the classic plasticky tablets here, ones that have Chinese OEMs and sport big bezels. Will they actually sell well?
